Youth Entrepreneurship Program: YEP For Change!

Take Action. Lead Change. Start Your Social Impact Journey.

When? January 2026

Where? WAVE HUB

How Long? 12 Weeks+

YEP for Change is WAVE’s signature youth entrepreneurship program — an immersive, hands-on journey where high school students (Grades 10–12) learn how to turn their ideas into real, impactful projects that make a difference.

Through interactive workshops, mentorship, and teamwork, you’ll explore how to design creative solutions to real community challenges — and make them happen. Based at WAVE HUB, our creative youth innovation space, you’ll collaborate with mentors, peers, and social entrepreneurs to transform your ideas into action.

Our Youth Projects Don’t End — They Evolve

At WAVE, impact doesn’t stop — it grows.
When a YEP for Change project ends, founders can pass it on to a new youth core team through AMP for Change (Adopt My Project), mentoring them as they bring the next edition to life.

This way, every generation of changemakers supports the next.
Our clean-water initiative, BLU, has already launched two editions and is now preparing for BLU III (2026) — led by new youth and guided by its original founders.

You can create your own project through YEP for Change, adopt an existing initiative through AMP for Change, or join a themed challenge that interests you through our short-term ACT for Change programs — and keep the impact growing.

About Family Circle

Family Circle

Family Circle brought together 21 families affected by breast cancer for a weekend of connection, recreation, and support.
The youth-led overnight camp strengthened family bonds through organized activities and games, created space for shared reflection, and offered guidance from professionals — bringing families together and foster community well-being.

About BLU

BLU - Kayak For A Cause

What began as a student idea to protect the Nile grew into a youth-led movement for clean water.
Through two editions of the BLU Kayak Relay Race, students raised awareness about water scarcity and took real action — funding 12 boats for the VeryNile Clean-Up Initiative in the first edition, and connecting 200 families in Upper Egypt to clean water in the second.
UNICEF featured the project for its powerful model of youth-led collaboration and community impact.
